When the year is coming to an end, the pirates of the Abecean like to gather in their favourite tavern, The Drunken Sailor, and share their ill-gotten loot and bounty with the local children. (If anyone asks, these are the gifts of honest work).
In the garden is a replica pirate ship with slide and a swing to keep the children entertained, while their parents drink and feast in the nautical tavern and restaurant.
